My Crazy Morning Routine

Good morning, everybody! Today I'm taking you along for my absolutely bonkers morning routine. It might sound totally crazy, but it actually helps me prepped and focused for the day. First things first, I always leap out of bed at 6 AM. Then it's time for my wild yoga session, which involves a lot of bending and some pretty weird contortions.

After that, I whip up a quick bite to fuel my day. My go-to is usually some toast, followed by a cup of tea. And of course, no morning routine would be complete without a podcast to keep me company.
